Dear IRSJA Analysts Involved in the Training Program,

    I wanted to touch base and confirm all of the upcoming training-related dates   (The particulars about yearend forms to be filed listed on pages 9 and 10 of the Training Manual are no longer correct, they were changed prior to our meeting in Montreal.)  The succession of dates may seem overly complicated, but the contents of each report fold into the next.  I'm thanking you ahead of time for all of the effort that goes into this work.  

June 1, 2011  Supervision Evaluations, Confirmation of Supervision Hours and Confirmation of candidate analytic hours are due.  [sent to the Chair of the Review Committee, the Local Seminar Coordinator, and the Director of Training.] We have changed the time frame for 'counting hours' from to June 1st 2010 through June 1st 2011.  This time frame will be noted on the transcript as well.

June 15, 2011 Candidate Transcript is sent by the candidate to the Chair of the Review Committee and  Local Training Seminar Coordinator.

July 15, 2011 Transcripts and Transcript Verification Forms are sent from the Local Training Seminar Coordinators to the Director of Training

September 1, 2011  For those candidates taking thesis and case exams in 2012, September 1st is the deadline for your complete 1st draft to be submitted to thesis and case committees.

September 15, 2011  Reports from the Local Training Seminar Coordinators are due to the Review Committee Chairs and the Director of Training.
